  1. Rubber-lined reducer and large and small head: this pipe fitting is mainly used between the transfer pump and the rubber-lined pipeline, the pump’s inlet location directly device.

The larger the entrance of the pump, the greater the frequency of use of the pump, if the diameter of the rubber lined pipeline is smaller than the pump outlet, you can use rubber lined reducer or size head to increase the head and extend the transport pipeline, so the rubber lined reducer in this position will be very large impact on the small end of the device, very easy to damage.

  1. Rubber-lined elbow: due to the media in a straight pipeline running at high speed, suddenly subject to the resistance brought about by the front bend will cause a very large impact on the blocking part of the rubber-lined elbow, is the rubber-lined elbow is raised in the round part, so the rubber-lined elbow parts are also one of the most vulnerable to damage.
  2. Rubber-lined multi-pass, shaped tee, etc.: relatively small chance of damage compared to the above two.
    Rubber-lined ducts, shaped tees, etc. have different service lives depending on the use.
    In order not to affect the normal operation of the equipment conveying pipeline, it is recommended to spare some fragile fittings at the beginning of the purchase to facilitate timely replacement.
