Its characteristics are as follows:
1. High operating temperature: under the condition of strong corrosive medium, it can meet the operating temperature range of -60 °C ~ 150 °C, and within this temperature range (except for molten alkali metals, elemental fluorine and aromatic hydrocarbons), it can meet all chemical media. .

2. Vacuum resistance: in the range of -60 ℃ ~ 150 ℃, it can be used under vacuum conditions. In chemical production, partial vacuum is often caused by cooling, vertical discharge, and asynchronous operation of pump valves.

3. High pressure resistance: within the temperature range, it can withstand the operating pressure of up to 3Mpa.

4. Anti-permeability: PTFE resin is selected and processed into a PTFE lining layer with high density and sufficient thickness through advanced lining technology, so that the product has excellent anti-permeability.

5. The overall molding and sintering process lining solves the problem of steel-fluorine hot and cold expansion and contraction, so that it can achieve synchronous expansion and contraction.

6. It adopts standardized size preparation, especially the pipes and pipe fittings used in chemical pipelines have strong interchangeability, which provides great convenience for installation and spare parts.
Product design conforms to HG, GB and other standards. Manufacturing range DN15 ~ DN600mm. Applicable working temperature -60℃-150℃. Applicable working pressure positive pressure, the same as the shell steel. Negative pressure≤150℃, full negative pressure.

In 2020 and 2021, we undertook a total of 12km of tailings conveying pipeline with PN6.3Mpa pressure for Shanxi Baoshan Mining Industry, model DN250.
In 2021, we undertook a DN600 and DN700 process pipeline for a copper mining project in Kazakhstan.
In 2022, we undertook a 9km steel and rubber composite pipeline line with PN4.0Mpa, type DN400, for the Huayou Cobalt Project in Zimbabwe.

Advantages of the production process

Our self-developed “balloon traction” and “no seam” pipe lining processes are superior to other manufacturers’ “airbag direct expansion” and “seam” processes. Seamed” process.
① “Balloon traction” process: our company independently developed a new process of pipe lining, which refers to the use of special balloon traction from one end of the pipe mouth to the other end, to drive out the gas between the rubber and the inner wall of the steel pipe, so that the rubber lining on the inner wall of the steel pipe.
When the balloon or airbag is lined with a constant air pressure, the area under pressure of the balloon is much smaller than that of the airbag, so the pressure per unit area of the rubber and steel pipe is much higher in the “balloon traction type” than in the “airbag direct expansion type”, which ensures This ensures the adhesion of the rubber to the steel pipe. After experimental comparison, the “balloon traction” process is 20-30% stronger than the “airbag direct expansion” process in terms of rubber-metal bonding strength, and the “balloon traction” process takes up less labour and is more productive. process takes up less labour and the production efficiency is twice as high as that of the “airbag direct expansion” process, which is far ahead in the rubber-lined pipeline industry.
② “No seam” process: Some manufacturers currently use the “seam” process to make rubber lined pipes. The disadvantage of this is that the seam area is easily cracked under the wash of the slurry for years and years until the rubber lined pipe is decoupled, resulting in blockage of the pipe body and affecting production. Our company introduced rubber extrusion line to extrude the whole rubber pipe, the whole lining into the steel body wall, so as to ensure the smooth inner wall of the rubber lining pipe, but also to improve the service life.
