Pressure
Standard products are suitable for maximum filtration pressures of 7 bar and maximum squeeze pressures of 16 bar. Plates also available for higher filtration and squeeze pressures.

Temperatures
The maximum permissible filtration temperature depends on factors such as filtration pressure, squeeze pressure, the chemical composition of the slurry to be filtered, cycle time and choice of filter material. Membrane cooling or heating is also possible during the filtration cycle.

These formats are available in open and closed designs. Larger and alternative formats available upon request.
Filter plate is fitted on the filter press bar, it is working with filter cloth to increasing the filter press filter area, holding the solid and form the filter cake during the process of filtration.
