Production process of rubber-lined pipes

Due to the rough working conditions in mines, traditional pipelines for the transport of various solid particles, powders and slurries often encounter severe wear and tear, which makes it difficult to meet the actual requirements of use.
Rubber lined pipeline is a kind of pipeline with steel or hard structure as the skeleton of the pipeline, with wear-resistant, anti-corrosion and high temperature resistant rubber as the lining layer, through the rubber’s own physical and chemical properties to reduce the role of pipeline transport medium on the external structure such as impact, corrosion, etc..
It is not easy to scale, is a new type of pipeline with high wear resistance, high impact resistance, self-lubricating, its buffering effect due to rubber, greatly extend the service life of the pipeline.
So what is the production process of rubber-lined pipes?
1、Select seamless steel pipe without pits and smooth surface as the base material.
2、Cutting according to the customer’s size of the material and welding flange.
3、Grinding the flaws after the welded flange of the pipe end.
4、Put the welded steel pipe into the sand blasting machine to remove rust.
5、Manually brush the primer twice and the glue twice, wait for the glue to dry, and then send the rubber sheet into the inside of the pipeline.
6、Compact with pressure roller and trim the edges.
7、Brush the lapped edge with the glue again.
8、Send the rubber lined steel pipe into the high temperature vulcanisation tank for high temperature vulcanisation.
9、After the pipeline is out of the tank, check the surface rubber for extrusion, scratches, and finally electric spark detection.
