- High absorbability of impact force and excellent anti-abrasion performance. Under normal circumstances, PU/rubber vibrating screen plate has a working life 4-8 times longer than that of the metal vibrating screen plate.
- Low noise and low dust. According to us field measurement, the same screen machine using wear-resistant PU/rubber screen plate can reduce the noise by 5-20 decibels than metal screen plate. It can also obviously reduce the dust floating, so that you have a quiet and clean working environment.
